Tim Taylor
Tim has successfully authored and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications to issued U.S. Patents across a broad range of high-tech fields such as software, circuits, wireless communication and devices, RFID, electronics, databases, machine learning and artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrency systems, web applications, and dispersed data storage.
He focuses his practice on developing high-value, "litigation-grade" patent portfolios designed to protect a company's technology while positioning clients for long-term strategic advantages. Tim's approach is grounded in a bespoke, adaptable patenting process that aligns patent strategy with the unique business objectives of each client.
Tim brings deep experience in writing claims that target competitor activity. He has successfully defended key assets in ex parte reexaminations and represented clients in inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
